Anna Campbell
Anna Campbell was born in Brisbane, Australia, and grew up on an avocado farm with views of Moreton Bay and Stradbroke Island. After various jobs and as much travel as she could afford, including a stay of several years in the United Kingdom, she has now settled near the sea on the east coast of Australia. Anna decided to become a writer shortly after she learned to walk. Then she discovered romance novels and realized she just had to be a romance writer and tell stories about love and hope and triumph through adversity, not forgetting gorgeous, passionate men. She got an idea for her first novel: a dark, sexy Regency historical about a duke who wants to marry his mistress, London's most notorious courtesan. And No Ordinary Duchess, which Avon released in April 2007 as Claiming the Courtesan, was born. Since then, she continues publishing. Her stories has been released in Australia, USA, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Russia.

Anna Cleary
As a child, Anna Cleary loved reading so much that during the midnight hours she was forced to read with a torch under the bedcovers, to lull the suspicions of her sleep-obsessed parents. From an early age she dreamed of writing her own books. She saw herself in a stone cottage by the sea, wearing a velvet smoking jacket and sipping sherry, like Somerset Maugham. In real life she became a schoolteacher, where her greatest pleasure was teaching children to write beautiful stories. A little while ago, she and one of her friends made a pact to each write the first chapter of a romance novel in their holidays. From writing her very first line, Anna was hooked, and she gave up teaching to become a full-time writer. She now lives in Queensland, Australia, with a deeply sensitive and intelligent cat. She prefers champagne to sherry and loves music, books, four-legged people, trees, movies and restaurants.

Anna DePalo
While still in her teens, Anna DePalo began her first novel. She wishes she could say that this early manuscript went on to receive numerous accolades and to bring her fame and fortune. Instead, that first attempt—well, all three pages of it—hit the trash heap, and she understood why many authors throughout history have burned their papers for posterity. Anna went on to live in Italy and England, graduate from Harvard, earn an advanced degree in political science, practice intellectual property law, and married the man of her dreams--who hails from Birmingham, Alabama by way of Charlotte, North Carolina. One day, Anna decided to give fiction writing another try, believing that having done some more living would help her tell the truth about life in the pages of made-up stories. This time she didn’t stop at three pages—or even ninety-three. Writing during weekends and evenings, after working long days as an attorney, she finally typed her first “The End.” That first finished manuscript, Having the Tycoon’s Baby, soon sold to Silhouette Books, became a best-seller and award-winner, and has been published in over a dozen countries to date.
